Bern, Switzerland \| 80-100% (job sharing possible) This is what you can contribute <br /> • Provide technical implementation support for Switzerland's unemployment insurance funds on operational and strategic issues • Continuously develop the payment system of the unemployment insurance funds and the portal • Ensure effectiveness through conceptual work • Perform the interface function between IT and the specialist department • Lead projects and initiatives for the further development of business processes • Conduct audits, process analyses and exchanges of experience with internal and external partners <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Professional qualification, ideally with further education, preferably at the level of a university of applied sciences or equivalent, in business administration, project and/or process management • Several years of professional and project experience in the implementation of unemployment insurance (ALV) are an advantage • Committed and resilient personality with good presentation skills and assertiveness • Independent working method and willingness to perform • Good editorial skills • Good active knowledge of two official languages in word and writing as well as passive knowledge of the third official language <br /> In brief The Directorate for Labour of the SECO is part of the federal government's competence center for all core issues of labor market policy and unemployment insurance (ALV). The Performance Area Labor Market/Unemployment Insurance is responsible for the Unemployment Insurance Act. As part of the Market and Integration department, the Specialist Technical Implementation Support ALK group works at the interface between the implementing agencies, the insured, IT and politics. In this context, the group develops strategies, prepares operational implementation and supports the implementing agencies.
