What you achieve ## • You are responsible for ICT Service Management and manage our external ICT partner. • Together with our partners, you ensure stable, high-quality & and continuous service delivery. • You continuously develop our ICT architecture, services and processes and contribute new ideas. • You lead ICT projects and accompany changes from conception to successful implementation. • You are the central contact person for business and IT on ICT matters. • You actively contribute to building and further developing a modern, future-oriented ICT organization. What you bring ## • Positive and implementation-oriented mindset, and enjoyment in taking on responsibility to help shape the construction of a new organization. An independent, cooperative, solution-oriented and responsible way of working. Strong holistic thinking and enjoyment in working across IT system boundaries. • Several years of experience in ICT Service Management and Provider Management. • Knowledge of modern ICT architectures and cloud technologies. • Experience in leading ICT projects. • Enjoyment in actively helping to shape a modern ICT organization. • Knowledge of occupational providence is desirable.
