On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Storekeeper / Equipment Responsible (a) starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Responsibility for all operational equipment • Organization and management of the tool warehouse in Olten • Issuing and returning of tools, machines and operating resources • Performing visual condition checks upon issue and return • Ensuring the operational readiness and availability of the equipment • Organization and coordination of maintenance, repairs and safety checks • Monitoring of inspection intervals and maintenance cycles • Labeling and administration of new operating resources • Maintenance and mutation of equipment data in the IT systems • Cooperation with purchasing, logistics, project management and operational teams • Ensuring order, cleanliness and structure in the warehouse Your profile • Completed vocational training in a technical or manual profession • Several years of professional experience as a storekeeper, material warden, tool responsible or in a comparable function • Very good technical understanding • Good German and English skills in speaking and writing • Very good IT skills (Office 365, Excel, ERP systems) • Driver's license Cat.
