Systems Administrator (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Systems Administrator (f/m/d) available immediately for an initial mission of 60 days, renewable, responsible for ensuring the operational management of incidents and requests in coordination with the helpdesk, customers, and the systems team. Your mission Ensure the operational entry point for incidents and requests transferred by the helpdesk or submitted directly by customers. Analyze, prioritize, and process the backlog of unassigned tickets, verifying the availability of necessary information. Directly resolve incidents and requests within their technical scope. Consult specialists from the systems team and assign tickets when their processing requires specific expertise. Systematically document actions taken and contribute to the improvement of the knowledge base and processing procedures. Your profile Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in systems administration and level 2 or 3 technical support. Good mastery of Windows Server, Linux environments, and VMware/vSphere virtualization solutions. Knowledge of network environments, notably Fortinet, Cisco, or Aruba. Experience with ITSM processes and the use of ticket management tools, ideally Jira and EasyVista. Ability to effectively analyze, prioritize, and process incidents and requests covering several technical domains. Person based near Lausanne, available immediately and possessing excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
