Head of Technology & Safety Officer, 100% Due to forward-looking succession planning, we are looking for a committed, versatile personality who will lead our technology in a future-oriented way and actively shape the topic of occupational safety. In this key position, you will combine technical leadership competence with responsibility for safety, quality and sustainability as Head of Technology & Safety Officer, 100% (member of the management team) In this function, you will take over the overall responsibility for our technical department. You will report directly to the plant manager and work closely with internal interfaces, external partners and the group. You will actively shape processes, set standards and make a significant contribution to a safe, efficient and sustainable operation with your work. Main tasks Technology management (approx. 80%) Technical and personnel management as well as targeted promotion and development of the seven-member technology team incl. deployment and resource planning Ensuring rapid and sustainable troubleshooting Coordination and deployment of external craft businesses Carrying out and organizing repairs to machines and systems with the internal team and external service providers Ensuring sustainable, value-oriented maintenance based on clearly defined KPIs Further development of the technical organization, processes and competencies to sustainably increase the availability of systems and machines Implementation of operational CAPEX projects as project management or in project collaboration Continuation and optimization of energy efficiency as well as ensuring EnAW target specifications Implementation and compliance with the FSSC 22000 quality management system and all relevant legal requirements Safety Officer (OSH) (approx. 20%) Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection (OSH) Mediation of specialist knowledge and consulting of the organization in the area of OSH along the ORIOR values Creating the necessary prerequisites for the implementation of occupational safety and health protection Collaboration in the OSH team and representation of Fredag within the Orior group (including EKAS topics) What you bring Completed technical training and/or university degree HF/FH in a technical field Several years of solid practical experience in the maintenance of machines and systems, ideally in the food industry Initial management experience and enjoyment of developing employees Very good organizational skills, high resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations Affinity for occupational safety and health protection, ideally with corresponding training or willingness to further education Good user knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs Team-oriented, entrepreneurially thinking personality with a networked way of thinking and high self-initiative Additionally, you convince through a structured way of working, decision-making strength and the ability to take different stakeholder groups with you - from employees to external partners to management.
