We are looking for a technically skilled, sales- and negotiation-strong personality as a technical specialist in order processing, immediately or by agreement. In this versatile function, you will take responsibility for the smooth processing of orders and actively support sales and customer service. Technical Specialist Order Processing 100% (w/m/d) for technical materials and industrial products # Your varied range of tasks includes: • Independent processing and monitoring of customer orders • Creation of offers, order confirmations, and other order-relevant documents • Recording and processing of orders and purchases in the ERP system • Deadline monitoring and ensuring timely order processing • Ongoing communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments • Maintenance and administration of customer, article, and order data in the ERP system • Support in price negotiations and technical customer consulting • Creation of commission statements and administrative evaluations • Participation in the optimization of processes and workflows You should ideally have the following: • Completed commercial training, preferably with technical further education (e.g., Technical Businessman) or comparable professional experience • Initial professional experience in order processing, sales, or a comparable function • Pronounced technical understanding, preferably in an industrial or metal processing environment • Negotiation skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers and suppliers • Stylish German in word and writing • Good English skills, French skills are an advantage • Secure handling of ERP systems and common MS-Office applications • Independent, structured, and precise working method What to expect • Long-term perspective in a economically stable and successful company • Varied activity with high personal responsibility • Collegial and family-friendly work environment with short decision-making paths • Careful introduction to the varied range of tasks • Attractive employment conditions and modern infrastructure • A motivated team that looks forward to your support Have we sparked your interest?
