YOUR TASKS • Together with your colleagues, you ensure the smooth medication cycle in the clinic -- from ordering and goods receipt to the supply of the wards • You manage the pharmacy warehouse and ensure optimal management (including requirement determination, refilling, relocation, and expiration date control) • You manage medications directly on the wards and are in direct exchange with the nursing staff • You take care of administrative work, including processing invoices and master data maintenance • You support the Pharmacy Management as the first point of contact for pharmaceutical and logistical questions from nursing or medical staff regarding our range of medicinal products <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a Pharma-Assistant EFZ or Pharmacy Specialist, with good specialist knowledge as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital pharmacy • Responsible, team-oriented, and flexible personality with high initiative • Good IT user skills • Confident German in speaking and writing as well as polite manners • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and service-oriented work OUR OFFERING An engaging activity with regular working hours awaits you in a leading and innovative private clinic with a treating physician system.
