On behalf of the IV as well as the Integration Specialist Office, our team accompanies young people and adults with health restrictions into an apprenticeship or employment in the first labor market. A special focus is on accompanying persons in the ASD spectrum as well as neurodiverse people and refugees.   Your future tasks: ### • You advise your clients individually in the application process • Together you implement a tailor-made application strategy • You support the creation of dossiers, whether in written or video format • You acquire positions and placement sites in the first labor market • You also conduct workshops on application training and health management • Coaching during training, in cooperation with the vocational school, training companies, legal guardians, parents, as well as treating doctors. • You are the contact person for referring agencies and employers, ensuring reporting and the flow of information between the agencies involved Your profile: ### • Experience in professional integration as well as counseling and dealing with people with limited performance, ideally as a coach. Ideally, you have already worked in the area of IV and people with neurodiverse characteristics. • Good market knowledge, as well as knowledge of the Swiss education system, are important • Very good knowledge of German and other languages are welcome. English, French, Italian and any other language would be an advantage.
