Nursing diploma, with CRS recognition for diplomas obtained abroad. CAS in psychogeriatrics strongly desired. In the absence of a CAS, extensive and confirmed professional experience in psychogeriatrics will be taken into consideration. Experience with elderly people presenting with cognitive, behavioral or psychiatric disorders. Good ability to manage complex situations and to adapt care to the needs of residents. Empathic, calm, patient person with an excellent listening capacity. Autonomy, sense of responsibility and taste for multidisciplinary teamwork. Ensure the global care of residents in a psychogeriatrics context. Provide nursing care and ensure clinical follow-up. Support residents presenting with cognitive, behavioral or psychiatric disorders. Observe the evolution of the state of health and transmit relevant information to the team. Participate in the development and follow-up of individualized care projects. Collaborate with the entire multidisciplinary team in order to guarantee coherent and adapted care.
