Planning, organization, and coordination of our national and international trade fair appearances with a focus on Europe Complete pre- and post-processing of events, including scheduling, logistics, booth material, service provider coordination, and internal coordination Coordination of trade fair activities with our branch in Germany as well as with sales, technology, and product managers On-site support at selected events, including organizational support, booth coordination, and active customer communication Support and strategic further development of the existing product portfolio Creation of product and market analyses as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action Coordination of product development projects in cooperation with R&D, production, and marketing Technical and partly commercial evaluation of new product ideas and customer requirements Close cooperation with sales, marketing, and field service for the market launch and positioning of technical products Creation of technical documentation, product documents, and sales support Market observation and active identification of innovation and improvement potentials Participation in customer visits and conducting product training at home and abroad Your qualifications for this position Completed technical training (e.g., mechanical engineering, micromechanics, electrical engineering) with supplementary further training in the field of product management, business administration, or marketing Business-fluent language skills in German and English (spoken and written) are required – further language skills are a plus Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in product or project management Analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working, and personal responsibility characterize you High interest in new technologies and the ability to convey technical relationships understandably Teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation You have good computer skills, MS-Office, possibly SAP Our experts will introduce you to the world of fiber optics with tailor-made training.
