Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Advise and assist managers on all personnel-related matters • Assume responsibility for the entire professional lifecycle of employees within the administrative units assigned to you • Support reorganization and transformation projects, and actively participate in management meetings • Develop and apply HR processes, guidelines, and standards <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Tertiary-level degree (university, university of applied sciences, or higher vocational school) in the field of human resources and business administration, ideally accompanied by a federal diploma • Several years of experience in an HR generalist role or, preferably, as an HR business partner • Excellent advisory skills, communication skills, and empathy • Ability to both think strategically and act operationally • Good active knowledge of at least two official languages <br /> In a few words As an HR business partner, you will be the strategic partner to our managers. Furthermore, you will contribute to developing the culture of the Office fédéral des constructions et de la logistique.
