Cook / Junior Cook (m/f)

For our Jugendherberge Saanen-Gstaad, we are looking from now until mid-October for a Junior Cook, 80-100 % Your tasks: • Input on the design of the menus and food lists • Preparation of varied dishes from fresh and regional products • Preparation of a simple, rich 3-course menu • Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene regulations according to HACCP • You bear co-responsibility for ordering goods and monitoring storage Your profile: • Completed training as a Cook or Assistant Cook • Experience in the preparation of food • Enjoyment of working with food • High standards of cleanliness and hygiene • Independent way of working, initiative, and organizational skills • Punctuality and reliability • Good German and/or English skills • Assignments on the weekend are not an obstacle for you • Career changers and those returning to the workforce are welcome What we offer you: We offer you a varied activity in a professional and modern nonprofit organization.
