In order to support the production launch of our iPension computer program, our IT Service is strengthening its team and is looking for an IT Project Manager (100%) Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2027 You will participate in the management of IT projects as part of the Strategic Digital Transformation Programme of our Institution and collaborate closely with the Stakeholders to achieve the set objectives (deadline, cost, deliverables, quality). Your main missions will be to … Autonomously steer the integration projects of the iPension solution, from the scoping phase to implementation, ensuring the management of the budget, planning, scope, risks and deliverables. Organize and structure projects in accordance with the CCVD project governance. Facilitate, lead and participate in analysis sessions with internal and external stakeholders. Collect, analyze and formalize business needs in the form of specifications and requirement catalogues (backlog). Guarantee transversal consistency between projects, business processes and the information system. Document application, organizational and procedural evolutions, and ensure their communication to the stakeholders. Steer project progress by means of monitoring indicators and ensure regular reporting to the steering committees. Facilitate ad hoc working groups and coordinate collaboration between business teams, the IT service and external partners. Work in close synergy with the other project managers and the iPension 1st Programme Manager. What will make your success… Training in IT supplemented by solid experience in complex technical environments. Confirmed experience (3 to 5 years) in IT project management, ideally acquired in an organization undergoing transformation. Good knowledge of project management and application life cycles (agile methods, HERMES). Excellent communication and writing skills, with a good command of English. A sense of synthesis, a great capacity for adaptation and interpersonal ease allowing you to act as a change agent. A reliable, autonomous and rigorous personality, capable of managing priorities, stress and several tasks in parallel, with a strong sense of service and collaboration.
