Customer & Registration Clerk (m/f/d) To reinforce our Customer & Registration teams, we are looking for a committed, reliable personality for administrative processing, starting immediately or by arrangement. As an exact, resilient, and reliable personality, you will complete the tasks assigned to you conscientiously and on schedule. You are responsible for the substantive, qualitative, and process-specific processing of dossiers, i.e., you check and decide regarding eligibility, perform the corresponding registrations, provide information in writing/by telephone to private individuals, domestic and foreign health insurers, and service providers, carry out clarifications with the responsible bodies in the respective EU/EFTA states, process requests for mutual administrative assistance, etc. In this function, you support the team management and the entire team. You have a basic commercial education, training in the healthcare sector, or bring experience in the health insurance or administrative environment. Career changers and those re-entering the workforce are also very welcome. You are proficient in handling common MS Office applications and other IT systems and are characterized by a prompt, discreet, and reliable way of working. Multilingualism – in particular Italian and/or Spanish – is a plus for the competent consultation of our customers. You work independently, grasp facts quickly, maintain an overview even with multiple tasks, and convince through accuracy, openness, and teamwork.
