The implementation of your ideas will significantly influence the execution of future vehicles and will be noticeable for every passenger and driver. To do this, you need to master a variety of technologies, requirements, and possibilities. Are you ready? Your tasks ### • Designing mechanical structure elements for bus construction: welded assemblies, aluminum profiles, laser-bent parts, screwed assemblies, thermoforming e.g. ABS deep-drawn parts, die-casting, GFK • Designing vehicle cladding for the exterior and interior • Integration and packaging of roof structures • Creating modular/scalable designs for our entire bus portfolio from 10m to 25m • Selecting and designing HVAC/cooling systems in close cooperation with our suppliers • FEM accompanying construction • Carrying out design reviews using development and change processes • Technical consideration and implementation of requirements from vehicle homologation • Optimizing production and assembly processes from the perspective of development and design • Supporting and instructing internal interfaces with a focus on production as well as AVOR, procurement, and quality assurance Our requirements ### • Technical basic training • Further training as an engineer FH in vehicle construction/machine construction (or equivalent further training) • Several years of professional experience in vehicle construction are an advantage • Experience with CAD (Solidworks 3D), FEM, PDM, and ERP • German and English in word and writing • Independent and structured way of working • Team-oriented and solution-oriented personality We offer you ### • Responsible, varied, and challenging activities in a growing environment • Great design possibilities • Support for further training • Fast and short decision-making paths • Flexible, flexible working hours and possibility for home office • Performance-related employment conditions If you are interested, send us your complete application documents including a letter of motivation via link ().
