• 24 août 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Possible • Chemin des Avelines 3, 1004 Lausanne • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimate Your mission Reporting directly to the management, you will manage the entire technical operation of the Lausanne headquarters and supervise our installation and service teams. • Plan and coordinate the teams of installers (installation, after-sales service, troubleshooting) on a daily basis by managing emergencies and priorities • Supervise, motivate and develop the operations staff, including our apprentices: team leadership, monitoring hours and holidays, interviews, participation in recruitment • Ensure site visits, measurements and take-offs, from the preliminary design to the acceptance • Prepare technical costings and quotes, place supplier orders and check deliveries • Provide technical support to the teams: diagnostics, motorizations and automation (Somfy and others), complex cases • Guarantee quality of execution, occupational safety (PPE, MSST directives) and compliance with deadlines • Supervise the warehouse: stock, tools and vehicle fleet Your profile • CFC in blind/shutter specialist, polybâtisseur (solar protection), metal construction or equivalent technical training; a higher qualification (federal diploma, site manager, ES technician) is an asset • Proven experience (10 years or more) in blinds and solar protection or a closely related technical building trade • First successful experience in field team leadership • Excellent knowledge of motorizations and automation; the Somfy ecosystem is a plus • Sense of organization, autonomy, ease with clients and property management companies • Fluent French; category B driving license indispensable What we offer • A key position within a solid and recognized SME, with wide autonomy • Attractive employment conditions, adapted to your experience • A company vehicle • A stable team, a full order book and quality products • Opportunities for continuous training
