To strengthen our team at the Vernier site, we are looking for a: Designer in advertising techniques - Project Management, 100% In collaboration with our team, you concretize the wishes of our clients and ensure the economic and technical smooth running of projects thanks to optimal client advice and meticulous order preparation. You master the processes, from printed production to advertising techniques, including on-site assembly, as well as the main Office software. Your main missions are as follows: Autonomous consulting and monitoring of clients (by phone, by e-mail, and on site at clients) Monitoring and coordination of printing and advertising technique projects, from request to implementation Internal coordination with the production manager and the assembly service concerning technical feasibility A posteriori calculation of costs for new and completed projects Management of stocks and purchase of materials specific to projects Coordination of production, logistics, and assembly deadlines for our own projects Creation and preparation of production files, production instructions, and documents Linked to projects for a smooth implementation in production and assembly, you have followed and validated an apprenticeship as a graphic designer in advertising techniques, you ideally have experience in the field of production and assembly, and you hold a category B driver's license. You have a global approach and like to research solutions. You perfectly master the Office software, materials, and necessary tools. Technical skills, good contact, and very good oral and written expression in French and, preferably but not necessarily, in German will facilitate your task. Additionally, you show initiative, a sense of organization, and the energy necessary to carry out projects and establish, with the team, lasting relationships with clients.
