We are looking for our orthopedic inpatient ward with a focus on technical orthopedics, by arrangement, a Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) 50-100 % Your tasks Ensuring patient-oriented and professional care in all three shifts Shared responsibility for achieving ward goals in cooperation with the ward management Professional nursing consultation and support for the nursing staff of the department Conducting continuing education and case discussions Continuous development and securing of nursing quality in close cooperation with the Head of Nursing Quality and Development Induction of new employees In addition to the tasks as a nursing professional, you support the Co-Ward Management in topics related to the development of nursing quality.
