Institution ### Institution Lattenberg SpB offers reliable and professional care and support for children and adolescents. In total, 15 children and adolescents are supported in their holistic development across two residential groups. The pedagogical work is based on the systemic-solution-oriented approach. The strengths and potentials of the children and adolescents are the central focus. The goal is to strengthen their personality in a familiar and safe environment and to create a foundation for their individual development. Eight children of primary school age live in the children's group, while the youth group comprises seven adolescents aged 12 to 18 years. To provide support in the children's group, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Team Leader ## Your tasks include: ### • Leading and accompanying a 10-member team in professional, organizational, and personnel aspects • Accompanying everyday life and helping to shape a positive and safe atmosphere in the residential group • Shared responsibility in developing and promoting the development goals of 8 children • Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, referrers, school, and therapists • Cooperation at the management level within the institution • Quality assurance within the offering You bring with you: ### • Tertiary degree in social pedagogy or social work • Leadership experience or a clear willingness to take on responsibility as a team leader (leadership training or willingness to undergo training is present) • Solution-oriented way of working and the ability to engage with problem issues creatively and openly • Flexibility, resilience, and an appreciative attitude • In addition to office days, you also appreciate irregular working hours (evening, night, and weekend shifts) • Confidence in planning, coordination, key worker work, and interdisciplinary cooperation • Driver's license Cat.
