Your tasks - as diverse as your talent! ### • Specialist care and monitoring of ventilated or medically complex residents • Ensuring and operating modern ventilation equipment and monitoring systems • Early detection and response to changed clinical conditions • Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical teams, respiratory therapists and physiotherapists • Accompaniment and counseling of relatives in challenging situations • Active participation in shaping care processes and quality standards • Specialist coaching and support for employees and learners Your profile - what you bring! ### • Completed training as a dipl.
