Portrait of the school/institution ### Primarschule Mattenstrasse is located in a former office building and is excellently equipped for teaching with the Churer-Modell. Additionally, each classroom has its own group room. Primarschule Mattenstrasse is part of the Schuleinheit Linde-Madretsch. Our young faculty (the school has only existed for a few years) is motivated and committed. Exchange within the team takes place actively. Mutual support and appreciation are high. We conduct regular reflection discussions with the schoolchildren. The faculty is currently dealing with the topic "Neue Autoritäten" and nonviolent communication (GFK). We are looking for you - a school special education teacher up to 12 lessons in 2 classes ### Primarschule Mattenstrasse 2503 Biel Tasks ### You promote and accompany 2 students of the integrative special school in the 3rd & 5th grade. The schoolchildren require support-oriented accompaniment to improve individual abilities. The focus is on extra-curricular competencies. You create an educational and support plan for each schoolchild. The class team consists of trained teaching staff. Regular exchange within the team is important to us. Requirements ### Master of Arts in Special Needs Education or a similar qualification We desire an open and pragmatic teacher who can optimally support the schoolchildren and knows how to professionally handle the special needs of the students. We offer ### Collaboration in a motivated, helpful faculty and in a benevolent, supportive working atmosphere. Exchange with SHP teachers in a working group. Support by the school management. Mentoring in the field of IF on-site by an SPH ÖV in the immediate vicinity of the school. The employment can be extended or supplemented with a permanent position in summer 2028. The timetable has been created. Agreements regarding working days are possible. It is also possible to apply for only 1 class.
