Analyst (m/f/d) Strategic Finance

For our Strategic Finance team, which works directly for the CEO and CFO and forms the central interface between both areas, we are looking for an Analyst (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. You will take on responsibility from day one, work on the company's most important questions, and get to know the business in its full depth, from the calculation of individual construction projects to the strategic further development of NOKERA as a whole. Location Our headquarters is located in Rüschlikon, directly on Lake Zurich, one of the most attractive addresses in the region and in best company. In 15 to 20 minutes, you are at Zürich Hauptbahnhof via the S-Bahn and right in the middle of the city. You create analyses, business cases, and decision templates for top management and the Board of Directors and support strategic investment decisions. You participate in corporate finance topics, especially in financing, M&A transactions, and investor relations. You support the CEO and CFO in the implementation of strategic priorities, take responsibility for your own work packages, and drive important company projects forward. You analyze operational and financial key figures, identify potentials, and derive well-founded recommendations for action from them. You work closely with the planning, operations, accounting, and controlling departments and ensure transparency as well as cross-departmental coordination. You support the expansion of structures, processes, and systems in the Strategic Finance environment and actively help shape the further development of the company. You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics, industrial engineering, finance, or a similar subject. You have already gained initial practical experience in the field of strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity/real estate, or in the finance sector. You have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and are confident in handling numbers. Initial experience with the ERP system Microsoft D365 is a plus, but not a must. You communicate clearly and convincingly in German and English and remain calm even in difficult situations. Confidentiality and discretion are not foreign concepts to you. You are a team player and all-rounder at the same time and are characterized by an exact, reliable, and structured way of working. You have very good self-organization and enjoy working independently as well as tackling varied, challenging tasks.
