Reception Employee (a) 50% # Reception Employee (a) 50% YOUR TASKS • You are our first business card: warm welcome by telephone, by email and on-site • Check-in and administrative management of hospitalized and outpatient female patients and male patients • Professional management of payments, mail, cash registers and internal processes • Participation in internal processes such as on-call rosters, employee offers or process improvements • Collaboration with colleagues from different departments - always with the aim that our female patients and male patients feel well taken care of YOUR PROFILE • Basic commercial training and several years of experience in reception, ideally in a hospital or in high-end hospitality • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English are indispensable, knowledge of Italian is a great plus.
