For one of our clients active in the field of network infrastructures and in order to strengthen its technical teams, we are looking for: Fibre Optic / Network Technician and project management The position involves regular interventions on different sites in Switzerland Fibre and project management Technician M/F MISSION DESCRIPTION Our Fibre Optic / Network and project management Technician will • Carry out technical interventions on fibre optic networks and telecom infrastructures (tests, diagnostics, maintenance) • Take measurements and analyses using specialized equipment (OTDR, EXFO packet testers) and interpret optical level values • Ensure follow-up of interventions (reports, photo files, customer feedback, updates) while respecting current procedures • Be available for frequent travel in Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne, Yverdon, Basel, Zurich and occasionally Ticino), with flexible working hours according to needs (evenings, nights, on-call duties) EXPECTED PROFILE We expect from the Fibre Optic / Network and project management Technician: • Proven experience in the field of fibre optics, networks or Data Center environment • Good mastery of fibre technologies, measurement tools (OTDR / EXFO) and understanding of network architectures • English level B1 minimum, comfortable with a hotline and technical exchanges • An autonomous, organized, meticulous and conscientious person, with good communication and customer service skills • Driving licence essential and high availability for mobile interventions
