Prototype Technician (M/F) - Permanent position (Bulle - FR)

Your mission For one of our renowned clients in the field of watchmaking, based in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a Prototype Technician to strengthen the research and development activities related to the manufacturing of high-precision technical components. Position to be filled in Bulle. Your responsibilities - Program and machine complex components on CNC machines - Create prototypes in different materials using various machining technologies - Perform dimensional inspections of manufactured parts as well as associated tooling - Guarantee the conformity of components according to quality requirements and defined deadlines - Participate in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes - Document technical studies, tests, and measurements carried out - Collaborate closely with R&D, methods, and production teams - Participate in the continuous improvement of technical solutions and prototyping processes - Ensure the monitoring and traceability of operations performed Your profile Your profile - CFC in polymechanic or training deemed equivalent - Proven experience in CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming - Very good knowledge of milling, grinding, and machining of various materials - Experience in laser texturing or tooling machining is an asset - Good mastery of reading blueprints and control instruments - Autonomous, versatile, and solution-oriented person - Technical curiosity, rigor, and spirit of innovation - Ability to work in a team in a demanding environment - Irreproachable reputation - Swiss residents only
