Das Mattenheim in Ettingen BL (www.mattenheim.ch) is an institution for people with cognitive impairments aged 18 and over. The mission and goal of the institution is the indefinite accompaniment of the residents on their way to social inclusion and to as self-determined a life as possible. Das Mattenheim offers a total of 27 residential places with individual daily activities and integrated employment. Agogic Specialist or Care Professional (50 - 70 %) In our residential areas, we accompany adults with cognitive impairments in a daily life that is as self-determined as possible. As a small operation with short decision-making paths, we offer you a lot of creative freedom, responsibility, and varied tasks in an appreciative team culture.   • Your tasks • You accompany and support residents individually - oriented towards autonomy, resources, and personal life perspectives. • You take responsibility in agogic everyday situations and work closely with the team leader as well as the interdisciplinary team. • You actively help shape offers, measures, and development processes. • You accompany people with different support needs in challenging situations. • You take on nursing, housekeeping, and administrative tasks.   ? Who we are looking for Agogic Specialist / Social Pedagogue HF or FH • Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF or FH • Confidence in dealing with agogic issues and challenging behavior Care Professional EFZ • Completed training as a Care Professional EFZ • Joy in a resource-oriented and independent way of working For both functions we desire • Experience in accompanying adults with cognitive impairment  • Empathy, capacity for reflection, and team spirit • Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation • Readiness for irregular working hours • Good PC skills and joy in administrative tasks • Driver's license is an advantage   ?
