What awaits you • Claims management in the Carriers Liability and Goods branches • Analysis of files, determination of coverage, liability, verification of estimates, expert mandates, control of supporting documents, payment • Oral and written contact with policyholders, injured parties, distribution, experts, and third parties • Close collaboration with different internal departments • Proactive and "Customer first" oriented management What you bring • Autonomy, good sense of organization and openness to change • Sense of negotiation and service • Team spirit and collaboration • Excellent ability to communicate by telephone and in writing • Experience in the field of Insurance and/or transport • Good knowledge of processing Transport or Goods or General Civil Liability files is a plus • Good knowledge of English and German is a plus • Mastery of IT tools (MS Office)
