Due to a restructuring of the bus assembly in our Bus & Trolley department, we are looking for three leadership-strong and motivated line managers. As a line manager, you will take over the responsibility for a production line in bus assembly and lead interdisciplinary teams from raw construction to commissioning. With your organizational talent and leadership strength, you will coordinate the processes along the line, ensure compliance with cycle times, and keep quality and deadlines under control at all times. You will ensure that our buses are completed on time and in flawless quality. Your tasks Overall responsibility for the production line in terms of output, quality, and cycle time Monitoring and coordination of production groups in line production and consistent processing of open points in the production chain Leadership and development of employees in the line Resource and deployment planning including absence and vacation coordination Ensuring a timely production process by complying with cycle times Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards Monitoring and controlling line key figures (std., quality, etc.) Coordination with various interfaces (planning, logistics, mechanics, electrical engineering, diagnostics, quality) Responsibility for lean management methods at the line level including 5S, KVP, and process optimizations Conducting and participating in quality assessments as well as documenting quality requirements Initiating and leading improvement projects Escalation management in case of technical or procedural deviations Conducting and supporting customer acceptance tests Our requirements Completed technical basic training or equivalent function Technical further education Leadership experience in production Knowledge of lean methods, process management, and quality assurance Assertiveness, communication strength, and organizational talent We offer you Interesting and challenging permanent position in e-mobility Assumption of leadership responsibility Opportunity for further training and development Flexible working hours Performance-based employment conditions If you are interested, please send us your complete application documents including a letter of motivation via link (Apply now).
