Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Manage terminals and mobile devices in the Microsoft cloud environment (AAD, Microsoft Intune, SCCM etc.) • Ensure software distribution within the scope of release management and updates (patches) for standard software (e.g., Microsoft 365 applications) and for client mandates (e.g., third-party applications) • Automate manual tasks in workflow and process stages • Draft workplace-related reports and provide support to partner teams • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and UFIT internal sectors for all workplace issues regarding software release (client BAB and VBAB) as well as for back-end system requirements (e.g., SPL BW, the SPL UFIT client portal, SCCM, Remedy etc.) • Collaborate on troubleshooting (third-level support) and testing activities for new releases <br /> What distinguishes you • Basic vocational training as an IT specialist CFC; SSS diploma or equivalent advanced training in IT and/or a technical field • Skills in Microsoft SCCM and Intune, Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Windows, SQL and PowerShell • Systemic approach, team spirit and communication skills • Experience in collaborating within agile teams (Scrum, SAFe); experience with ITIL and Hermes is a preferred qualification • Good knowledge of an official language and English <br /> In summary As a systems specialist, you will work in a team responsible for managing terminals and software in order to meet the high quality requirements of our clients.
