Become part of it too and apply as a Clerk Help Point Kriens.   What you do   • You ensure the service of the Help Point operation in cooperation with the vehicle expert team and independently process motor vehicle claims. • You are the direct contact person for our customers, receive claims reports by telephone, and maintain personal customer contact. • You initiate immediate measures such as expert assessments and actively find solutions. • You handle the Help Point process and maintain regular contact with internal and external partners. • You are flexible and willing to support the team at the Oftringen and Zug locations if required.     What you bring   • Completed commercial apprenticeship and 2-3 years of commercial professional experience. • Experience in the provision of motor vehicle insurance services or in the field of insurance is an advantage. • Very good language skills in German, other foreign languages especially English are an advantage. • Taking on personal responsibility, initiative, flexibility, teamwork skills, as well as a resilient and assertive personality. • Communicative person with strong customer and service orientation, result-oriented and quality-conscious basic attitude, as well as driving license Kat.
