Bern, Switzerland \| 80-100% Your contribution • Direct and coordinate audits on projects of strategic importance and organizational projects, identify weaknesses and formulate well-founded and concretely implementable recommendations • Analyze governance, management processes, change and risk management, profitability, achievement of organizational objectives and related processes • Operate in an interdisciplinary context and develop new audit methods, conduct complex interviews with various stakeholders • Draft concise and high-impact reports intended for the administration, the Federal Council and the Parliament • Work with commitment within the team, share acquired knowledge and jointly achieve well-founded audit results <br /> What distinguishes you • University degree in business administration, business information technology or computer science or an equivalent field of study as well as several years of experience in the fields of auditing, consulting, project management, transformation or organizational development • Ideally continuing education (e.g., CIA, CISA, PMP, IPMA or comparable skills) • Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex cases clearly and appropriately to the recipients • Persuasiveness, solid judgment and interest in tackling challenging discussions as well as an innovative, integrative, team-oriented, reliable, proactive and flexible approach • Excellent knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English <br /> In summary For our specialized sector Project and Organizational Audits, we are looking for an expert person with experience in the fields of auditing, project management or organizational transformation.
