ARTISET is the federation of service providers for people with support needs. Together with its industry associations CURAVIVA, INSOS and YOUVITA, the federation is committed to 3-100 service providers who accompany and care for over 175-000 people in old age, people with disabilities as well as children and adolescents. We are looking for as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement a Project Manager Politics 70-100 % Your tasks The politics area is responsible for the political representation of interests of the federation ARTISET with the industry associations CURAVIVA, INSOS, YOUVITA at national / intercantonal level. For our collegially managed team, we are looking for as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement a creative personality for the following areas of responsibility: • Management of projects at national and intercantonal level for political representation of interests, in particular for the co-shaping of legislation with a focus on disability policy as well as child and youth welfare • Monitoring, analysis and support of political matters • Drafting statements for consultations and position papers on political dossiers • Active relationship management with defined stakeholders • Support in the opinion-forming process as well as advisory function within the federation • Participation in the planning and implementation of political communication Your profile • Sound knowledge of social policy and social insurance law • Experience in political representation of interests and communication, especially at the federal level • Experience in project management, preferably practical knowledge in political campaigns • Presence, networking and negotiation competence • Proficiency in oral and written expression in German and French, Italian an advantage • Higher vocational education or university degree in political, social or legal sciences Our offer You will find with us a versatile and demanding field of activity to contribute your skills, your creativity and your knowledge.
