What you can achieve with us You will take independent responsibility for the counseling and support of adult reintegration – from registration to the conclusion of the reintegration process. You carefully analyze the starting situation and involve relevant specialists and institutions in the case management and ensure the flow of information. You assign measures effective for reintegration and use your scope of action in a goal-oriented manner. You plan, coordinate, and control the cooperation with external bodies such as employers, coaches, BIZ, social services, institutions, or insurance companies. You inform, advise, and accompany your customers individually, solution-oriented, and empathetically with the goal of enabling them to have a new professional perspective. You actively contribute to inter-institutional cooperation and help shape sustainable solutions. Which skills are important to us You have a tertiary educational degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (e.g., HR, Coaching, Case Management). You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of reintegration or in a consulting activity, or as a career changer at least 5 years of leadership activity in related fields. You have a good understanding of the Swiss education system as well as entrepreneurial thinking. You are strong in coordination, enjoy networking, and think in a solution-oriented manner. You appear empathically, clearly, and convincingly, and can advise and coach in a solution-oriented way. You complete administrative tasks related to case management efficiently and structurally, and value both independent work and exchange within the team. We are a bilingual (German-French) company, therefore good knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage. Benefits Working hours: Annual working hours (42 hours / week), possibility to work part-time as well as mobile, paid breaks Vacation: At least 25 days of vacation annually, from the 45th year of age 28 days and from the 55th year of age 33 days.
