Architect / Project Manager for Hospital Buildings (m/f)

What awaits you • Sound knowledge in hospital construction or the willingness to acquire it • Representation of the client throughout the entire lifecycle of buildings, from construction to decommissioning • Management and control of demanding new construction, renovation, and decommissioning projects in the highly specialized hospital environment and under ongoing operation • Definition of the structural and process organization of the projects • Leadership and coordination of external planning and specialist teams • Close cooperation with internal stakeholders in the hospital environment What you bring with you • Completed studies as an architect, civil engineer with a focus on structural engineering or building services engineer • Professional experience in healthcare or a strong interest in switching to this exciting field • Experience in the planning or implementation of new construction, renovation, and decommissioning – preferably in healthcare • Sound knowledge in project management with a certificate according to IPMA Level C or B or the willingness to obtain one • High social competence, assertiveness and enjoyment of interdisciplinary/interprofessional cooperation • Experience in dealing with diverse interest groups and complex stakeholder structures • Knowledge of contract law and public procurement law is advantageous We look forward to your application documents.
