Leadership of the assembly team on site at the construction site Execution of tasks assigned by the supervisor Coordination of work on site including contact with construction management and customers Independent ordering of materials from suppliers Coordination during the execution of subcontractors Independent coordination of any transports (equipment, construction site equipment, and return transport) Control of quality specifications during the execution of projects for our own work and that of subcontractors. Commissioning and testing of complex systems including measurements Compliance with contractual deadlines and handover to the client Organization of tools and machines Compliance with and application of safety regulations, as well as control This is what you bring. Degree as an electrician, assembly electrician, or network electrician with EFZ (or officially recognized training in Switzerland) or equivalent professional experience with operational and safety facilities Honest, reliable, and transparent work in the team You like to work outdoors Willingness to work night shifts (paid with a 50% time bonus) Driver's license category B.
