As Construction Management Lead, you assume overall responsibility for the organization of client representatives at Green. With your team, you ensure that our demanding data center projects are successfully realized in terms of cost, quality, deadlines, safety, and governance. At the same time, you continually develop our organization, our standards, and our processes, thereby creating the necessary conditions for future growth. Your area of responsibility ## • Overall responsibility for the construction management domain as well as its strategic and operational development • Direction, coaching, and development of client representatives as well as project managers within the framework of ongoing construction projects • Ensuring compliance with requirements regarding cost, deadlines, quality, safety, and governance during implementation • Prioritization and management of available construction resources across all projects • Establishment and development of uniform standards in the areas of project management, client representation, reporting, change order management, as well as risk and quality management • Responsibility for the escalation of major project deviations, performance disruptions, and conflicts of objectives, as well as the elaboration of solid decision-making bases • Close collaboration with the project development, engineering, procurement, finance, legal, operations, and commissioning departments • Drafting management reports and preparation of decision-making documents for the CCO, the management, and the CEO • Development of the client representative organization with a view to growth, scalability, and the successful implementation of complex, large-scale projects Your skills ## • Degree in civil engineering, architecture, project management, or equivalent technical training • Several years of experience in management and in projects within complex construction or infrastructure projects • Experience in the management of large construction projects as well as in the management of various internal and external stakeholders • In-depth knowledge in cost, deadline, risk, and quality management • High decision-making capacity, pronounced leadership qualities, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action • Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working method • Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English Our offer ## • Responsibility for some of the most exciting data center projects in Switzerland • Much leeway in a dynamic and growing company • Collaboration with a committed and interdisciplinary team • Short decision-making paths and an environment where personal initiative is appreciated • Attractive employment conditions as well as individual possibilities for development and continuous training Are you ready? ## We look forward to applications (a) of all kinds - the (a) signifies diversity, also in our job title.   We look forward to receiving your application via the "Apply now" button.
