Then we are looking for you! -------------------- Task ## Your tasks: • You create, coordinate and control offers and project orders for capital goods. • You ensure efficient and timely processing of all administrative tasks. • You coordinate appointments and processes between sales, procurement, logistics and technical customer service. Profile ## What you bring with you: • You have a commercial basic training and bring one to two years of professional experience in a commercial function. • Ideally, you are familiar with SAP and have experience in processing offers and orders. • You use the common Microsoft Office programs (especially Word and Excel) confidently. • Proficient German language skills and good French as well as Italian skills are an advantage. • You work in a structured manner and convince through your organizational talent as well as your commitment.
