We are looking for an Arbeitsagogin / Arbeitsagogen with case management 80% Your role In this responsible function, you will take over case management for clients of the Invalidenversicherung and actively design their integration process. You will coordinate and accompany various integration measures and ensure effective networking of all parties involved. Together with an interdisciplinary team, you will develop viable perspectives and ensure targeted communication. You will conduct coordination and final discussions, write meaningful reports, and bring your professional assessment into the process. In addition, you will supervise or accompany clients in practical and creative activities and promote their personal and professional resources.
