CNC-Mechaniker Schleifen 80 – 100 % (w/m) What awaits you Together with the department head, you will further develop the ongoing processes on the new 5-axis profile grinding machine You create and optimize grinding programs at the CAM workstation You transfer existing products to the new machine and bring your own ideas for optimization You process grinding orders independently - including operating the 6-axis articulated robot arm Quality is in your hands: you check your work yourself and maintain high standards You perform smaller maintenance and repairs on your machine independently What you bring Completed technical basic training (e.g. polymechanics, production mechanics) Experience in grinding - you know what you're talking about Structured, precise working method and a pronounced quality awareness Good German language skills in word and writing Independent, team-capable, and open to new things What we offer you A varied range of tasks with real design freedom - you actively shape the development Individual development and further training opportunities - we invest in you Highly modern, automated production Flexible working hours (annual working hours) - no shift work Attractive employment conditions and social benefits Flat hierarchies and an open du culture Become curious?
