What awaits you Care and monitoring of buildings, technical systems, and outdoor areas Contact person for customers, users, and external service providers Coordination and accompaniment of suppliers, craftsmen, and technicians Execution as well as organization of maintenance and repair work Support during moves, conversions, and renovation projects Control of the infrastructure as well as ensuring an impeccable building condition Monitoring and documentation of services Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards What you bring with you Completed manual or technical basic training Technical understanding and interest in building technology Driver's license Cat.
