Purchasing Clerk

After a targeted introduction, you will take on a central role in the operational procurement of our raw materials, packaging, and machine parts for production. In addition to reliably ensuring material availability, you will actively help shape our purchasing processes and drive digital improvements in the ERP environment. These are your main tasks • Operational procurement of raw materials, packaging, and machine parts • Monitoring of stocks, delivery dates, and open orders • Schedule monitoring and complaint management with suppliers • Creation and posting of cutting orders • Debiting of materials to the orders • Organization of the shipment of materials to external suppliers • Maintaining contact with suppliers, especially in the areas of operational order processing and complaints • Internal consulting for all interfaces regarding questions about raw materials • Material inquiries with suppliers for new projects • Negotiation of prices and payment terms • Maintenance of product master data in the ERP system • Analysis and continuous optimization of the procurement process • General administrative tasks • Participation in the inventory This is your profile • Completed commercial vocational training or technical vocational training with further commercial training • Further training in the field of purchasing (Einkaufsfachfrau / Einkaufsfachmann) • Professional experience in the purchasing of a production company • Experience in the optimization of purchasing processes as well as in the use of digital solutions • Technical flair • Sound IT user knowledge (Microsoft Office) • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Good English skills We look forward to your application documents!
