Vocational Trainer IT-ICT Specialists EFZ Your tasks In this function, you will conduct information events within the team, and are responsible for the recruitment, support, and advice of the apprentices in your assigned area. You actively participate in the application process, create individual training plans and coordinate practical assignments, organize and lead internal seminars and maintain contacts with the training managers of partner companies, the teachers of the vocational schools and the training advisors of the Office for Vocational Training. You are also willing to actively participate and commit yourself to other projects within the organization. Your skills For this versatile, demanding activity, we require sound training in the field of informatics (ICT) and/or mediamatics as well as several years of professional experience. Ideally, you have pursued your further education in the informatics field, have already worked in a similar environment, bring initial knowledge in the training of apprentices and know the vocational training system. Proficient German, good to very good English skills (spoken and written), customer-oriented behavior, good assertiveness, strong organizational skills, high social and self-competence as well as pedagogical flair in dealing with young people are important prerequisites for the successful fulfillment of the tasks.
