Our educational approach is based on Christian values such as respect, sharing, listening, and acceptance of others, among others. It aims to promote the emotional, psychomotor, and cognitive development of the child, within a secure framework and respecting the specificities of each individual. As part of our development and in order to complete our teams, le Colibri is looking for a: Childhood Educator / Socio-educational Assistant at 75 - 80% ### For a position in the toddler group (children aged between 18 months to 2 years and +) which will have the mission of guaranteeing quality reception, for children as well as for families, while respecting the institutional project, and collaborating closely with the pedagogical management and the general direction. You must imperatively hold an EDE diploma classification 1, CFC d'ASE or an equivalence recognized by the SCAJE. You already have experience in a nursery or daycare, as well as a sense of human relations favoring a convivial, respectful, and dynamic working atmosphere. You feel capable of developing and maintaining a climate of trust and collaboration with the educational team, parents, and partners.
