The Specialist Facility Management in the Technical Building Management team supports and assists the Head of Technical Building Management and the Technical Caretaker in day-to-day operations. He is co-responsible for the culture of cooperation and economic efficiency. He adheres to the mission statement and the guiding principles of leadership. Tasks: • Independent execution of minor repairs and renovation work in consultation with the Head of Technical Building Management • Maintenance and repair of furniture, small appliances, and furnishings • Maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of real estate, movables, and surroundings • Assistance in performing minor repairs and maintenance work (incl. beds, wheelchairs, walkers, and small medical devices) • Programming / setting up, intervention and control of keys, telephone, and doorbells
