As we are experiencing strong growth, we are looking for a position in our Lausanne branch, a Mortgage Specialist, 80-100% What awaits you In collaboration with your team, you ensure the follow-up of our clients and manage their mortgage portfolio. You study and process in complete autonomy credit applications for new businesses (purchases, mortgage takeovers) and for existing businesses (increases, mortgage renewals, changes, etc.). As a specialist, you are the reference contact for VZ VermögensZentrum advisors for questions related to real estate and mortgages. In this role, you are in close contact with the specialized services of HypothekenZentrum. You are the contact person for advisors who directly manage their client base, you exchange regularly with clients, mainly by phone and email. Administrative tasks complement this exciting position. You are willing to travel to Zürich to our headquarters 4-6 times a year. What you bring Commercial training, preferably in the finance sector First experience in the field of mortgage financing or strong motivation to develop in this field Great relational ease, in particular on the phone, with a strong sense of customer service Perfect oral and written mastery of French, knowledge of German or Swiss German is a great asset Desire to work in a young, dynamic team that listens to customers You want to actively participate in the development of our activities in Suisse Romande.
