Within the Masini SA team, architects design, renovate and transform residential, commercial, administrative or industrial buildings. They develop and propose construction projects that meet the aspirations and needs of clients as well as contemporary architectural and urban challenges. They intervene at all stages of a project, from design to the end of the work, aiming for the highest quality while taking into account technical feasibility, costs and execution deadlines. Main tasks • Elaboration of feasibility studies, preliminary projects and project studies • Monitoring of external professional mandates during project studies • Presentation of the project internally and externally to the company • Establishment of the architectural description • Establishment of plans and documents for permit applications • Monitoring of the file put out to inquiry and requests for additional information • Examination of the building permit and proposal of adaptations • Architectural monitoring of pre-execution plans with draughtsman and DT • Architectural monitoring of project execution with the DT sector • Writing of descriptive texts, notes and technical reports • Editorial management of the sales brochure and other project publications Personal skills • Rigor • Autonomy, reactivity, proactivity • Team spirit • Ease of interpersonal and public communication Required education • Holder of the EPF or HES architect diploma or equivalent title Professional and technical skills • Good knowledge of Swiss construction standards • Good technical knowledge in construction matters • Ability to supervise and produce construction plans • Skills in visual, written and oral communication • Very good knowledge of the Archicad 3D program • Good knowledge of office software • Good knowledge of graphic software, an asset • Proven experience in a similar position (minimum 5 years) Application document • Letter of motivation, CV, Project portfolio, copy of diplomas and work certificates
