What you do with us: • You lead and develop the team and ensure smooth operations in the shipping warehouse • You plan personnel, capacity, and resource deployment and coordinate the deployment of temporary employees • You ensure that picking, packaging, and shipping in the national and international environment are carried out efficiently, on time, and with high quality • You are responsible for customs clearance as well as cooperation with authorities, carriers, and other logistics partners • You optimize existing processes, work on projects for the further development of our shipping warehouse, and contribute new ideas • You work cross-functionally with various teams and ensure a smooth flow of information and materials • You take on a responsible leadership function and continuously develop your area of responsibility What you bring with you: • Several years of professional experience in logistics with expertise in the leadership and development of employees • Good knowledge of international shipping and customs matters • Very good SAP knowledge in the logistics and shipping environment • A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working • Organizational talent, assertiveness, and enjoyment in taking on responsibility • Very good German skills; further language skills are an advantage What awaits you: Lots of trust and personal responsibility Flexible working models Structured induction and close cooperation in the team Short decision-making paths and an uncomplicated working environment An established company with products that you can stand behind A workplace where your contribution counts
