Do you want to accompany children on their way, take on responsibility and become part of a committed team?   The Kita Schildli association is a private institution for family and school supplementary child care with around 50 employees in Murten and Muntelier. Our ASB Trésor offer will be expanded for the 2026/2027 school year. To complement our team, we are looking for a Specialized Child Care Professional EFZ / Pedagogical Specialist (60-80%)   Your tasks include working closely with other team members and supporting them in organizing and preparing pedagogical activities. You will take on daily responsibilities and help create daily offers and projects in line with the pedagogical concept. You will also conduct regular parent interviews such as entry, progress and exit interviews. You have completed training as a Specialist in Child Care EFZ (specializing in child care) or have equivalent pedagogical training and preferably already have professional experience. You enjoy working in a team and maintain an open and respectful interaction with others. You will help design a varied and inspiring everyday life for children in kindergarten and school age up to the end of 6th primary class. You speak German or French as your native language and have good knowledge of the other language. We offer a varied and exciting challenge. Our work is supported by clear concepts.
