Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII as Team Lead «Pflege & Betreuung» 80–100% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Responsibility and leadership of your nursing team • Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver • Responsibility and control of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the nursing needs assessment RAI LTCF. • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits • Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking on tasks as a topic carrier in a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional and empathetic interaction with people suffering from dementia • Professional experience in general long-term care is an advantage • RAI LTCF knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
