In this role, you will accompany demanding clients on multi-layered tax issues and develop sustainable, cross-generational solutions in the context of entrepreneurship, wealth and family. Your tasks in detail: • Excellent consulting: Holistic support for entrepreneurs and companies, executives and wealthy private clients on questions of Swiss tax law • Design & structuring: Development of optimized solutions in the context of succession and wealth planning, holding and participation structures, pension planning, family governance topics and private and entrepreneurial restructuring. • UHNW + Executives & Entrepreneurs specifics: Classification and support of complex asset and corporate structures in the context of Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients and entrepreneur and executive personalities, taking into account international references (interface, coordination of external advisors), family office-related issues, entrepreneurial contexts and cross-generational structures. • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Close cooperation with customer advisors and specialists from Wealth Management, Finance, Pension and Succession Planning throughout Switzerland. • Technical representation: Active participation in internal and external customer events, lectures and technical articles as well as support in the further development of the offer. What we expect • Degree as a certified tax expert or comparable qualification (e.g. LL.M.
